All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events.


Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • local logistics disruptions

Larôve Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Larôve Jewelry.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, Larôve Jewelry cannot guarantee successful delivery and will not be responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.
