At Larôve Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Larôve Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Larôve Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
